Here's a great full-body workout that only requires you and a towel.
Follow along to get the movements down and then do a couple more rounds to get the best results.

During this exercise flow, you'll perform 25 squats, 20 walkouts, 15 rear reaches, 10 push-ups, and 5 stick presses.
