Mobility and Core Training
The GREATEST challenge I see in my patients every day is the loss of mobility with ageing. Ageing can’t be prevented but restoring and improving your mobility can be achieved. Chris Boucher and his programs through Custom Fitness are an excellent example of functional movement we ALL need for a safe, active and fun life. From something as basic as fall prevention for seniors to pain-free golf and running, protecting your range of motion in all major joints is vital. Chris provides the knowledge and leadership we all need in this area and I encourage everyone to get moving!
